Ukraine's parliament ​voted on Thursday ​to appoint energy executive Sergiy Koretsky as ​prime minister, ‌the ⁠third since the ‌start of Russia's invasion ⁠in 2022. The latest cabinet reshuffle sparked rare wartime protests across the country, with demonstrators demanding that President Volodymyr Zelensky reappoint the popular Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, who was removed from office on Wednesday.
