Tunisia marks Saied's emergency measures anniversary amid deadly power crisis

Between 150 and 200 people are reported dead after more than a week of blackouts during an exceptional heatwave, as Tunisia marks five years since President Kais Saied suspended parliament and concentrated power in the presidency. The authorities have not confirmed the death toll.
