'Public media cannot lie': Hungary pulls plug on state broadcaster in post-Orbán purge

Hungary's public broadcaster went off-air on Tuesday, replaced by an on-screen apology, after Péter Magyar's new government installed interim management and sacked staff accused of pro-Orbán bias.
