Mykhailo Fedorov says only in his former post could he ‘combat procurement corruption and complete the army’s transformation’

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has offered a bit more detail on the new package of sanctions, saying they are “the largest round in four years,” and will “hit Putin where it hurts most.”

In a statement, she said:

“We have agreed on the 21st sanctions package against Russia.

It delivers sweeping measures targeting Moscow’s financial system, its military-industrial complex and energy sector, that keep Russia’s war economy running.
