Nigeria probes made-up 'presidential' agency that secured thousands in public funds

Nigeria is investigating a made-up government agency which authorities are saying was cooked up by a conman, and somehow managed to operate under authorities' noses. It had set up offices on government premises and even got itself listed on the budget for allocation of public money. It was supposed to attract foreign investment to Nigeria, instead drawing criticism on how the administration manages its house.
