French environment minister to stay in post amid 'urgency' to act on climate

France's environment minister Monique Barbut said Wednesday that she will remain in her post despite her disagreement with a bill on bee-harming pesticides, given the "urgency" to act on climate change. Earlier in the day, Barbut said she would submit her resignation to the president.
