Colombia police station bombed wounding 14 people

Colombia’s government has blamed rebel groups for a truck bomb that wounded 14 people near the border with Venezuela. The attack came less than a week before President-elect Abelardo de la Espriella is due to take office. He has said he plans to end the current administration’s peace negotiations with various armed groups. Morgan Ayre reports.
