Ceuta migrant influx reignites immigration divisions in Europe

The arrival of 60,000 people into the Spanish North African enclave of Ceuta from Morocco last week has created serious tensions within the EU over immigration. Spain has called for a meeting of EU interior ministers which is due to take place Tuesday.
