At least three killed in Moscow restaurant 'terrorist' bombing, Russian officials say

At least three people have been killed and 21 wounded after a homemade explosive device was detonated at an Italian restaurant in Moscow, Russian officials said late Saturday. Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin called the attack a “brutal terrorist act,” but did not say who was responsible.
