“Do not build a woman up and forget to build yourself” – Woman advises young men to prioritise personal growth

A woman has advised young men against investing all their time and energy in building their partners' lives while neglecting their own personal growth.

In a video shared online, she warned men that a woman they have invested heavily in could eventually leave them for someone who has also worked on himself.

She urged men to prioritise their own development and make themselves a priority in whatever they do.

“If you invest all your energy on a woman, one day she will leave you and go for a man who invested in himself,” she said.
