UCL: Man Utd in injury crisis ahead of Como clash

Manchester United manager, Michael Carrick could be without five more players for their Champions League clash at Como on Wednesday.

Lisandro Martinez, Kobbie Mainoo, Luke Shaw, Ayden Heaven and Marcus Rashford all missed the final training session before the squad flew out to Italy.

Carrick is already missing the trio of Patrick Dorgu, Benjamin Sesko and Manuel Ugarte due to long-term injuries.

Defender Leny Yoro is suspended after he picked up a straight red card against Atletico Madrid last week.

Carrick, speaking to the media ahead of the match, admitted that it was a "mixed bag".

According to him, Martinez is most likely to be available to face Bournemouth in the Premier League on Sunday.
