Lere olayinka alerts DSS, Police over video of alleged threats against christians in Jos, Enugu

3 hours ago 1

Media aide to FCT Minister, Lere Olayinka, has called on the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Nigeria Police Force to investigate a viral video allegedly showing elements of an Islamic security group inciting violence against Christians.

The footage reportedly captures members of the First Aid Group (F.A.G.) of Jama’atu Izalatil Bid’ah Wa Iqamatis Sunnah (JIBWIS) during a drill.

According to Olayinka, a translation of the drill leader’s remarks indicates he was demanding AK-47 rifles to target individuals he referred to as "infidels" in Jos, Plateau State, and Enugu State. The media aide urged security agencies to intervene swiftly to verify the clip and prevent potential breaches of public peace.

‘’He should be given AK47

He would then go to Enugu

The land of the infidels

On Sunday when they are worshiping and clapping

He would then open fire

Rudu dududup (sound of gun)

So that he can klll the infideels

He asked to be given AK47 again

So that he can go to Jos

And klll more infidels

That is the training''
