Friends mourn as man dies a month before his wedding

Friends of a 38-year-old Nigerian man, Peter Omale, have been thrown into mourning after he died a month before his wedding.  One of the friends, Joseph Ogah announced Peter's sad demise in a Facebook post on Thursday, October 22, 2026.  According to him, Peter was scheduled to wed on November 28, 2026. “Peter, this is not the  plan we had, the plan we had was to do ur wedding on 28th of next month. I followed u to share the invitation card to friends and families, u asked me to teach u how to dance on ur wedding day and we both laughed, we sat down in ur room to do all the traditional and wedding expenses,” he wrote. “Friends and families are anticipating for ur big day but death replaced this happy moment with sorrow, u made jalingo more comfortable and enjoyable for me but death took u away from me, I can't stop crying. I pray God heal me from this pain soon. Death u do me this one.”
